Flappit Ashlar was the principal 'Buff' coloured York Stone used on this large development at St. Anne's Square, Belfast. There were several phases to the project which comprised of: Student Accommodation Building (50 mm Thick Gritstone Cladding) Garden Area (Half Bullnosed Coping and Upstand) Colonnade (100mm thick Carved Ashlar Panels)
We worked in conjunction with the architects RPS Cairns in the design of the masonry details on each phase to aid the manufacture and fixing of the stone, without sacrificing the client's requirements. Stone Supplied by: Dennis Gillson & Sons Ltd Site Fixing: New Stone Age Limited
